Within Doctor Clicks we created a comprehensive, user friendly, and customizable medical data entry with finger clicks.
With more than 14 months of work by 4 physicians and 22 consultants in different specialties, we collected 35 specialties medical sheets and uploaded them in a tree format structure data base to be displayed in a very easy and user-friendly way for the doctors to choose from by finger clicks during medical data entry.
- For more standardization and ease of use in the medical sheets we added all medical standards to help the doctor choose, by finger clicks:
- For diagnosis, we added all current ICD versions (9, 10, 10 CM, and 10 AM), each doctor can choose his suitable version to use.
- For Operations, we added CPT for operations.
- For Investigations, we added CPT, and local descriptions.
- For medication ingredients, we added ATC coding.
